We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Tester to join our growing team.

Job Description: As an Oracle ERP Tester, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality and functionality of our clients' Oracle ERP systems. You will work closely with our development and implementation teams to execute test plans, identify and report defects, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle ERP systems
• Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure that project requirements are met and delivered according to specifications
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including integration, system, and regression testing, to ensure the overall quality of the ERP system
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, procedures, and scripts
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in testing methodologies and tools
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
• Participate in user acceptance testing and support clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases
• Train end-users on how to effectively use the Oracle ERP system and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP testing
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionality, specifically with Oracle ERP
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred
• Oracle ERP certifications are a plus
