Salary: $209000 - $240000

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Lead to join our team. As the Oracle HCM Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, development, and support of our Oracle HCM Cloud system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle HCM Cloud developers and analysts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and releases, and make recommendations for system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers and analysts.
• In-depth understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
