Job Description: As an Oracle T&L Cloud Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions for our clients using Oracle Time and Labor (T&L) Cloud. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and business analysts to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Oracle T&L Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using Oracle T&L Cloud or related technologies
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools
• Strong understanding of Oracle T&L Cloud functionality and configuration
• Experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus
