Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement radio frequency systems for various projects
Perform RF simulations and analysis to optimize the performance of our products
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RF systems to identify and resolve any issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of RF components into larger systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and test reports
Stay updated on the latest RF technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve product performance
Work closely with suppliers to select and procure RF components and equipment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for RF systems
Provide technical support to other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service
Assist in the development of RF design guidelines and best practices for the company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF engineering
Strong understanding of RF principles, including modulation, propagation, and interference
Proficiency in RF simulation tools, such as ADS, HFSS, or CST
Hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting RF systems
Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines for RF systems, such as FCC and ETSI
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
