Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical recommendations and solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, using tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom code
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and data analysis
• Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization in Salesforce and other integrated systems
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities is a plus
• Proficient in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed
