Job Title: Senior SAP Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our company's SAP systems. You will work closely with various departments to understand their business needs and translate them into SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP modules and processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and design and implement SAP solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices and solutions to optimize SAP processes.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules, including but not limited to FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementations, including testing, data conversion, and user training.
• Support the development of custom reports and interfaces to integrate SAP with other systems.
• Identify and resolve system issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
• Mentor and train junior SAP team members on technical and functional aspects of SAP systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes, including FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
• Experience in system upgrades and implementations, including testing, data conversion, and user training.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices and ability to recommend solutions to optimize processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification is a plus.
