About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions for our company's products and services. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products and services
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
• Drive technical excellence by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them grow and develop their technical skills
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to industry standards
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable, and highly available systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
