Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex systems and infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements
Lead and mentor a team of system engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define system specifications
Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure scalability and reliability
Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture, design, and operational procedures
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in the company's systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and provide technical support to other teams
Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage and monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure maximum uptime
Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical systems
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, identify risks, and propose solutions
Continuously improve system processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in system engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of system design and architecture, including cloud-based technologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including automation and configuration management
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
