Salary: $100 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior System Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network infrastructure, and security protocols. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's systems, servers, and network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our systems to support our daily operations and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor the performance and availability of systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the protection of company data and systems.
• Respond to system and network outages and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with any IT-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve system efficiency and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, preferably in a senior role.
• Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and disaster recovery.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
