Overview: As the Python Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Python developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will play a critical role in the development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your leadership, technical expertise, and strong collaboration skills will be essential in driving the success of our Python development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Python developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the team.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable Python code that meets project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
• Review and provide feedback on code written by team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Python development, identifying opportunities to incorporate new technologies and techniques into projects.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members to promote continuous learning and development.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation, and other efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its related frameworks, such as Django and Flask.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and version control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
