Salary: $69 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Research Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and support decision making. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-driven research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from various sources
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data
• Develop and maintain databases to store and track data for ongoing research projects
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques to interpret and present data in a clear and meaningful way
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic decision making
• Monitor and analyze the performance of research projects and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of data analysis processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques to incorporate them into current practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a research or academic setting
• Advanced proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS
• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and experience working with large datasets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex and unstructured data
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple and concise manner
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
