Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using Salesforce best practices.
Develop technical architecture and design documents that define the solution approach, data model, integration points, and other key components of the Salesforce platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring that all solutions are developed and implemented according to industry standards and best practices.
Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that all code is optimized for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our existing solutions.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Act as a subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related technical queries and issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
Participate in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing and provide support as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously evaluate the current Salesforce platform and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Expertise in developing and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect, are preferred.
