Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex software applications and systems, ensuring that they meet our business requirements and technical standards.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and system design.
Provide technical and architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring that they adhere to best practices and follow industry standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our applications and improve development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems.
Mentor and train junior developers to help them grow and improve their skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
Strong expertise in designing and developing complex software applications and systems using modern technologies and frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Proven experience in designing and implementing highly scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
