Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data warehouse solutions that align with business requirements and objectives
Lead the development and implementation of data warehouse architecture, standards, and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements for new and existing projects
Develop data models, data flow diagrams, and data mapping documents to support data warehouse design and implementation
Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Design and implement data security measures to protect sensitive information
Perform data integration and transformation processes to ensure data is loaded accurately and efficiently into the data warehouse
Develop and maintain ETL processes and workflows
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the data warehouse to improve query and report performance
Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including mentoring and training junior data warehouse professionals
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
Participate in data governance activities to ensure compliance with data standards and regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data architecture, and data modeling
Strong experience with data warehouse design and implementation, including dimensional modeling, star schema, and snowflake schema
Expertise in ETL development and data integration using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
In-depth understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data warehousing technologies
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as AWS Redshift or Snowflake is highly preferred
Familiarity with data governance and data security principles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus
