Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and meet all quality standards
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential risks and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met
Mentor and train junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to implement best practices and new technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or management
Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards
Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Project management certification (PMP) is preferred
