Salary: $228000 - $256000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of SAP programs and projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions to our clients, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation within our program management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of SAP programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
• Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor and report on progress to key stakeholders
• Manage a team of SAP project managers and other cross-functional team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards, and implement effective change management processes
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the program team, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, and leverage this knowledge to enhance program management capabilities and drive business value

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources)
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, SAP certifications) are a plus
