Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement server architecture and infrastructure to support the company's operations.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to support the company's growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement server strategies and best practices.
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages.
Evaluate and recommend new server technologies and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Maintain and upgrade existing server systems to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain server documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to protect server systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in server architecture, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Experience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
In-depth understanding of server hardware and software components, including storage, networking, and security.
Familiarity with server management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing server solutions to meet business needs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
