Salary: $171000 - $208000

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Data Designer to join our team. As a Servicenow Data Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data structures within the Servicenow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, and create effective solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data design, analysis, and implementation within the Servicenow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data structures within the Servicenow platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and trends to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain data policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Create and maintain data models and mappings to support reporting and analytics needs
• Work with system administrators to ensure data is properly loaded and maintained within the Servicenow platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data design and management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Train and support end-users on data management processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data design and management within the Servicenow platform
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data governance principles
• Experience with SQL and database development
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Servicenow certification is preferred
