About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Cloud Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Servicenow cloud platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure the smooth functioning of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Servicenow cloud platform, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop and implement best practices for Servicenow cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Servicenow and other systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow cloud technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the Servicenow cloud environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Servicenow cloud platform.
• Strong knowledge of Servicenow cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Experience with Servicenow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Servicenow certification is a plus.
