Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of IBM Watson solutions for our clients, including natural language processing, machine learning, and cognitive computing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans for IBM Watson solutions.
Develop and implement IBM Watson applications and services, including customizing and enhancing existing applications.
Create technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams and design specifications, to support IBM Watson solution development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IBM Watson technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on IBM Watson development best practices.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase IBM Watson solutions and gather feedback for improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to IBM Watson solutions for our clients.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations throughout the development and implementation of IBM Watson solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in IBM Watson development.
Strong understanding of IBM Watson technologies, including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, and Watson Studio.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, and cognitive computing.
Knowledge of cloud computing and experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
Certifications in IBM Watson development or related technologies are a plus.
