Salary: $114000 - $144000

Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with experienced professionals in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for our clients��� systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of systems and applications.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and maintain systems and applications.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
• Conduct system audits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Train and mentor junior team members on technical support processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus.
