Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop transmission systems for various projects, including new constructions, upgrades, and replacements.
Conduct feasibility studies, perform technical analysis, and recommend solutions to optimize transmission systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Prepare detailed engineering plans, layouts, and specifications for transmission projects.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in transmission engineering.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission engineering.
Strong knowledge of transmission systems, equipment, and technologies.
Experience with engineering software and tools, such as PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.
Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to transmission systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Project management experience is preferred.
