Position: Copywriter

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $60 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and print advertisements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to tailor their writing to various target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging strategies.
• Research and understand target audiences and use insights to inform writing.
• Ensure all copy is proofread for accuracy and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for copywriting.
• Work closely with designers to ensure copy and design are cohesive.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to adapt writing style accordingly.
• Experience with SEO and keyword research.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
