Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations, videos, and graphics for various projects. Your role will involve working closely with our creative team to develop captivating visual concepts and bringing them to life through motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and the latest software and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and ideas for projects
• Create high-quality motion graphics, videos, and animations for a wide range of platforms and audiences
• Utilize industry-standard design software and animation tools to produce compelling visuals
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of work
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with their vision and brand guidelines
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, effective, and aligned with brand standards and guidelines
• Develop storyboards and concept art to communicate ideas and visualize the final product
• Collaborate with the video production team to integrate motion graphics into video projects
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may arise during the design process
• Maintain organized files and adhere to file management best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design or a similar role
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation techniques, timing, and storytelling
• Experience with 3D software and plugins is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary changes to designs
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics design skills and creativity
