Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and ideas for new video and animation projects
Utilize Adobe After Effects to create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations
Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video content
Develop storyboards and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and messages
Stay up to date with current design and animation trends to continuously improve the quality of our work
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines
Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions with the team
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver projects that exceed their expectations
Ensure all designs and animations are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the company's style and tone
Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge and best practices for design and animation techniques

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics and animation, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and other animation and video editing software
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills
A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
