Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals
Plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting, casting, and scheduling
Direct and oversee all aspects of video production, including camera work, lighting, sound, and set design
Edit and enhance footage to create visually appealing and impactful videos
Ensure videos are delivered on time and within budget
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos
Manage and maintain all video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Work closely with external vendors and freelancers for specialized video projects
Collaborate with the social media team to create video content for various social media platforms
Assist in developing and maintaining a video production schedule and budget
Conduct post-production tasks, including color grading, sound mixing, and adding graphics and special effects
Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style and tone
Stay current on copyright and licensing laws to ensure all videos are legally compliant
Train and mentor junior team members and provide feedback to help them improve their skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Video Producer or similar role
Extensive knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual aesthetics
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
A strong portfolio demonstrating your video production skills and experience
Knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements is a plus
