Position: Web Programmer
Location: New York, New York, United States
Salary: $69 Per hour
Job Type: Contract
Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Web Programmer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Web Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining web applications that will enhance our user experience and drive our business forward. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly and responsive web applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement and maintain front-end and back-end functionalities, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing web applications, identify and implement solutions to improve performance and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their integration into our projects.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure that all web applications are functioning as intended and meet high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for web applications and provide training to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Programmer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django).
- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
- Proven experience in designing and developing user-friendly and responsive web applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
