Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Web Service Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Service Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various web services and APIs to support our company's applications. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of web development technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web services and APIs that support our company's applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, back-end developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of web services
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all web services
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues related to web services, ensuring timely resolution
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our web services
• Ensure all web services are secure, scalable, and performant
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on web services and APIs
• Proficient in web development languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with web service frameworks such as REST, SOAP, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL
• Strong understanding of web security protocols and best practices
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
