Position: Website Optimizer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $69 Per hour

Overview: Lobox is seeking a talented and experienced Website Optimizer to join our growing team. The Website Optimizer will be responsible for improving the user experience, increasing website traffic, and ultimately driving conversions. This individual will work closely with the marketing and web development teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies to optimize our website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, and heat maps
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize website performance, including page load time, user interface, and navigation
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement changes and track the impact of optimizations
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and exit rates
• Conduct regular A/B tests to improve website performance and user experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website optimization and user experience
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of website optimization strategies with overall business goals
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to website performance
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their behavior on our website
• Continuously monitor and analyze website data to identify new opportunities for optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in website optimization or a similar role
• Strong understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with UX/UI design and user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to website optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in website optimization and user experience
