Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords for our websites
Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, and headers for targeted keywords
Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies to improve backlink profile and domain authority
Regularly perform website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues
Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and ensure proper implementation
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and WordPress development
Continuously test and implement new techniques and tools to improve SEO performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a WordPress environment
Proficient in WordPress development and customization
Strong understanding of technical SEO, including website architecture, mobile optimization, and page speed
Extensive experience with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and WordPress trends and techniques
