Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all WordPress websites for the company
Update and maintain website content, including text, images, and videos
Monitor website performance and ensure all pages are functioning properly
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
Optimize website speed and performance
Implement and maintain website security measures
Ensure all website plugins and themes are up to date
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new website features and functionalities
Conduct website audits and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up to date with the latest WordPress updates and trends
Train and support team members on how to use the WordPress platform effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a WordPress Site Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customizations
Experience with website management and maintenance
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proven track record of optimizing website performance and security
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
