Position: Lead Frontend Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our company's web applications and user interfaces. You will work closely with our design and product teams to ensure that our frontend is visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in driving the success of our frontend development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and effective frontend solutions
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications that are optimized for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and best practices, and actively contribute to the improvement of our development processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, working closely with backend developers and other team members as needed
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of all web applications
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure the stability and reliability of our frontend codebase

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with popular frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience with frontend development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Sass, and Bootstrap
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively lead and work within a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
