We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development process, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and devise effective solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain scalable software applications, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Design and implement front-end and back-end components, including server-side and client-side code, APIs, and databases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to enhance our products.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain the smooth functioning of our systems.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, and manage project timelines and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of back-end development technologies such as Java, .NET, or Node.js, and experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database design and management, preferably with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
