Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Data Scientists and Senior Data Engineers to understand data needs and requirements
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support data processing and analysis
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient and accurate data access
Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely solutions
Develop and implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions for business challenges
Stay updated with the latest data technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvement of data processes and systems
Assist in the testing and deployment of data solutions
Document data processes, systems, and solutions for future reference and training purposes
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Scala
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies
Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus
