Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Utilize a variety of machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to build predictive models.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead and mentor junior members of the machine learning team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on building and deploying complex machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and/or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing machine learning solutions to solve real-world problems.
• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
