Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines to process and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain production-grade machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy, stability, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and propose new solutions that can improve our products and services.
• Mentor and coach team members, provide technical guidance and support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong experience with machine learning techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards a common goal.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
