Salary: $133000 - $160000

About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior ML Engineer to join our growing team. As a Junior ML Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models that will impact our business and our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models
• Implement data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance and accuracy
• Develop automated pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and processing
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to our projects
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues related to the machine learning models in production

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software development and/or machine learning engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with data visualization and data manipulation tools
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and techniques
