Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to build robust and scalable ML models that will have a significant impact on our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models for various use cases, including but not limited to recommendation systems, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved with ML and create solutions to address them.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in machine learning, and apply them to improve our existing models.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to process large volumes of data.
• Create and maintain documentation for all ML models and data pipelines.
• Work closely with data scientists to preprocess and clean data, select appropriate features, and fine-tune models.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy ML models in production and monitor their performance.
• Mentor and coach junior ML engineers and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ML Engineer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members is a plus.
