As the Lead ML Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning solutions. You will work closely with our data science team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques will be instrumental in driving the development of new models and algorithms to improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop and implement new machine learning models and algorithms to improve our products and services
• Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of machine learning solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and integrate them into our products and services
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and processes
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimations for development timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and advancements
