About the Role: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that will drive our company's growth and success. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that will improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI solutions, including data collection, pre-processing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI applications.
• Design and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex business problems and improve existing products and services.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in AI techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models through testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability of AI solutions.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to AI and ensure compliance in all projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing AI solutions in a commercial setting.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of AI techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members is a plus.
