Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to address them
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our technology offerings
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's overall success
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to maintain high-quality code
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality for AI applications
Work closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions
Lead and participate in the testing and deployment of AI applications to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and make necessary improvements to optimize their effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights and knowledge with the team and the wider community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI applications
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning techniques and algorithms
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
Experience with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
