Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your deep understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms to develop innovative solutions for complex business problems
Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms to improve business processes and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to address them
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in AI and integrate them into our products and services
Mentor and guide a team of AI developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI techniques and technologies to constantly improve our AI capabilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on AI solutions and their potential impact
Provide technical leadership and contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap for the company
Present complex technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing AI solutions, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong expertise in AI and machine learning techniques such as natural language processing, deep learning, and neural networks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
Experience with AI development frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects and implementing AI solutions in a business setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
