Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Natural Language Processing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge NLP technologies to improve the performance and accuracy of our natural language processing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of NLP algorithms and techniques, and a passion for solving complex language processing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement natural language processing systems and algorithms to support various applications and products.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve the performance and accuracy of existing NLP models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to identify and address NLP-related issues.
• Develop and maintain NLP libraries and tools to support the development and deployment of NLP applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in NLP and incorporate them into our systems.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and make necessary adjustments to ensure the high quality of our NLP systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to NLP models and algorithms in a timely manner.
• Document and communicate technical solutions and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Natural Language Processing Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, algorithms, and tools such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
