Salary: $310000 - $360000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Deep Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Deep Learning Developer, you will be responsible for leading and driving the development of cutting-edge deep learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced deep learning solutions that will revolutionize our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
• Lead a team of deep learning developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest deep learning techniques and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve our products.
• Conduct research and experiments to evaluate the performance of different deep learning architectures and models.
• Develop and maintain codebase for deep learning projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deep learning projects, and address any issues that may arise.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding standards are met.
• Mentor and train junior deep learning developers, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in deep learning development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong understanding of deep learning principles, architectures, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying deep learning models in production environments.
• Solid background in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in mentoring and training junior developers is a plus.
• Publications and/or patents in the field of deep learning is a plus.
