Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance
Execute manual and automated tests to identify and report any defects or issues
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and functionality
Participate in design, code, and documentation reviews to provide valuable feedback and identify potential areas of improvement
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects
Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvement to stakeholders
Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a software development environment
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases
Proficient in manual and automated testing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with performance and load testing is a plus
Experience with Selenium, JIRA, and other testing tools is a plus
