Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mobile app development team in developing and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and develop project plans.
Design and develop complex and scalable mobile applications using the latest technologies and best practices.
Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into our development processes.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of bug-free and user-friendly applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for mobile applications and processes.
Actively participate in project planning meetings, providing input and suggestions for improving the mobile app development process.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to understand user needs and incorporate them into app development.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin.
Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
Strong knowledge of mobile app development best practices and design patterns.
Experience with mobile app design and usability principles.
Experience in leading and managing a team of mobile app developers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
