Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ML Researcher to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior ML Researcher, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex and challenging problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Utilize a variety of data sources and techniques to gather, clean, and analyze data
• Develop and implement machine learning models using a variety of programming languages and tools
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our solutions
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and other industry events to stay current with machine learning trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research and development
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as SQL, Pandas, and NumPy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable machine learning solutions
• Experience in publishing research papers and presenting at conferences is a plus
