Job Title: Principal ML Researcher

Salary: $135 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal ML Researcher to join our team. As a Principal ML Researcher, you will be responsible for leading and conducting research in the field of Machine Learning (ML) to drive innovation and develop cutting-edge solutions for our company. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and implement ML models and algorithms that will have a significant impact on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct research in the field of Machine Learning to drive innovation and develop state-of-the-art solutions.
• Develop and implement ML models and algorithms for various applications, including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and incorporate them into our research and development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop ML solutions that meet those needs.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and data scientists to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Publish research papers and present findings at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on Machine Learning.
• At least 5 years of experience in conducting research and developing ML solutions.
• Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
• In-depth knowledge of various ML techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
