Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Data Science Manager to lead and manage our data science team. As a Senior Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our data science projects, from ideation to execution, and ensuring that our team is delivering high-quality and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities that can be solved with data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain a data science roadmap, setting clear goals and priorities for the team.
• Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model development and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data science techniques such as machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, data visualization, and data manipulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
