Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for system enhancements or new systems.
• Design, develop, and implement computer systems and applications that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential technology solutions.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, including flowcharts and diagrams, to guide the development and implementation of systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for all systems, including user manuals, training materials, and system architecture.
• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
• Stay current with technology trends and advancements to continuously improve systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.
• Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
• Proficient in technical writing and creating detailed technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with various programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining complex systems.
